Print heads can not be returned or exchanged after running ink on printer already, because all print head suppliers can not charge the risk of installing on printers in this line, thank you for your understanding!

Usually a printhead can use around one year, it depends on what kind of ink do you use and how long the print head works everyday.

Our delivery lead time is about 1-3 working days after Payment.

* All our prinheads are high precision merchandise and brand new, any misoperated or unqualified supporting products will lead to the damage of print head. So after receiving the goods, please confirm the print head model and specification, if there is any problem, please contact our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problems after installation and use of the print head will be non-refundable.
